By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not been dispatched.

  • Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed under the following conditions:

  • Exchange is provided only for the same product.

  • If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • Additional shipping charges will apply for exchange.

Exchange is allowed only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is undamaged

  • All tags and labels are intact

  • The item is in original packaging

Exchange Restrictions

Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the customer does not like the product

  • If the customer does not like the color

  • For customized products made as per customer instructions

  • For products purchased during sale, discount, coupon, or gift voucher offers

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Issue Reporting

If there is any issue with the delivered product:

  • Customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The email must include product video and repackaging proof

Return Pickup

In certain locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to ship the product themselves.

If the product is not handed over within 3–4 business days after a return/exchange request is approved, the request may be cancelled.

Additional to-and-fro shipping charges may apply depending on parcel size.
