Refund policy

Return & Replacement Policy

We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return in case the product is defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be unused

  • It must have all tags attached

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a replacement product.

Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Opening Video Requirement

An opening video is mandatory in any case of return or damage claim.

The video must:

  • Show the sealed parcel

  • Capture the complete opening process

  • Clearly display the product condition

Without an opening video, we will not be able to process any claim.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


Transit Damage

In rare cases, products may get damaged during courier transit.

If the package appears damaged:

  • Record a parcel opening video

  • Show the product clearly in the video

If verified, we will replace the product immediately.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only when a product is not available.

Refunds will be credited within 4–10 working days to the original payment method, depending on bank processing timelines.
